We’ve put a twist on Pinot Grigio to help you stay cool and refreshed in the hot summer months Made using just pineapple, lemonade and crisp Barefoot Wine Pinot Grigio, this is the ultimate summer slushie. To make it for yourself, follow the below steps:


  • 1 litre of lemonade
  • 3 cups of chopped pineapple
  • 560ml of Barefoot Pinot Grigio


  1. Freeze lemonade in an ice cube tray
  2. Freeze the pineapple chunks
  3. Once frozen, add to a blender
  4. Pour in the Barefoot Pinot Grigio
  5. Blend for 30 seconds
  6. Add to a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemon
