- Asian garlic hot sauce (amount is your choice)
- 13 tablespoons honey BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- All seasoning (amount is your choice)
- 80ml Barefoot Sauvignon Blanc
- Chopped onion, red pepper, pineapple
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate with chicken or pork.
- Leave to marinate overnight.
